RR300 operators can now access regional engine support in Florida, South America through new Authorized Service Centers, in accordance with Dallas Airmotive’s AMROC agreement

HAI Heli-Expo – Las Vegas – Dallas Airmotive, a BBA Aviation Global Engine Services company, announces the recent approvals of both Florida Suncoast Helicopters and Helicopter Engine Service S.A. (HESSA) as Rolls-Royce RR300 Authorized Service Centers under Dallas Airmotive’s current RR300 AMROC agreement. Through this agreement, Dallas Airmotive extends its ability to provide regional support, such as field services, to RR300 Customers through Florida Suncoast Helicopter’s and HESSA’s OEM-approved capabilities.

Dallas Airmotive will partner with both independently owned and operated businesses, to collectively offer Rolls-Royce RR300 operators comprehensive engine services in both Florida and South American regions. The new RR300 Authorized Service Centers will provide maintenance on RR300 engines in line with work scopes set in the RR300 Engine Operation and Maintenance Manual, including field maintenance; while Dallas Airmotive will continue to provide HMIs, heavy maintenance, repair and overhaul, component repair and engine testing services.

“We continue to partner with industry-leading organizations to provide engine solutions to better serve our Customers,” Mark Stubbs, Chief Commercial Officer of Global Engine Services said. “Rotorcraft operators require local authorized service centers to quickly service their engines and get them back in the air, decreasing the time and cost it would take to transport their engines to other regions for maintenance.”

Further, these recent approvals enable Dallas Airmotive, as the Rolls-Royce AMROC, to ensure the Authorized Service Centers are operationally-equipped to perform approved line level work scopes and offers engine maintenance services from OEM-certified technicians.

“With our approval of HESSA and Florida Suncoast Helicopters and the support of Rolls-Royce, RR300 operators will have additional maintenance support, with the same great quality service,” Stubbs said. “We look forward to seeing the benefits they will provide RR300 Customers and celebrating the success of both HESSA and Florida Suncoast Helicopters teams at the show.”
