Dallas Airmotive, a BBA Aviation company, announced today that it has promoted Rolando Leon to Territorial Director for Latin America. Leon has been with Dallas Airmotive for almost 30 years. He began his career as a licensed Airframe & Powerplant mechanic and has occupied several positions with the company, moving to the sales team 12 years ago. Prior to his new role as Territorial Director, Leon was the primary contact responsible for sales of all Dallas Airmotive’s engine and APU product lines for several countries in Central and South America.

“Rolando has a deep understanding of the customers, the industry, and the market demands of the region,” said Mark Stubbs, Chief Commercial Officer, Dallas Airmotive. “With his prodigious knowledge and experience, he is going to be a valuable asset to our customers in Latin America.”

Customers who have worked with Leon are encouraged to continue to contact him until a new sales representative for his former territory is announced. Leon is stepping into a position vacated by Henry Lisboa who was recently promoted to lead Dallas Airmotive’s rotorcraft sales team for the U.S. and Latin America.
