DAI announces Sales Territory Directors Steve Griego and Jeff Dunn to lead east US sales team, names Brian Hatlestad as Phoenix RTC Manager

Dallas, TX – Dallas Airmotive, a BBA Aviation Global Engine Services company, today announced new organizational leadership changes to its US fixed-wing aircraft engine maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) sales teams and Phoenix Regional Turbine Center (RTC). The changes are detailed as follows:

  • Sales Territory Director, Steve Griego, takes over leadership of regional engine management in the southeast states, including: Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Tennessee and Georgia, effective Aug. 2. This is in addition to Griego’s current west US territory management of Alaska, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, California, Nevada, Hawaii, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Texas.
  • Sales Territory Director, Jeff Dunn, takes over leadership of regional engine management in eastern states, including: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C., New York, Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia, effective Aug. 2. This is in addition to Dunn’s current midwest US territory management of North and South Dakota, Nebraska, Montana, Wyoming, Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas and Missouri.
  • In addition, former Nevada and southern California regional engine manager Brian Hatlestad now leads the Phoenix RTC. Effective in July, regional engine manager Brad Jacobs manages engine MRO needs for aircraft operators in both Nevada and California.

“We are already seeing the positive effects of Brian Hatlestad’s leadership and ability to meet aircraft operators’ engine maintenance needs at the Phoenix RTC,” Jeff Turner, Vice President of Sales & Service – Americas of Dallas Airmotive said. “For operators in regions gaining a new territory director, they will continue to receive dedicated support by their regional engine manager.”

Dallas Airmotive’s sales territory leadership changes are effects of the departure of east US sales territory director Randy Sasser. A long-time industry veteran, Sasser ended his tenure with Dallas Airmotive on Aug. 2 after being in regional engine management roles at the company for more than 17 years.

“Randy is a valued team member and he leaves behind a legacy of exceptional customer support and leadership,” Turner said. “We are grateful for the many years Randy spent with us and wish him the best in his next endeavor.”

Further, Turner said he is confident in Dunn and Griego’s leadership of their sales teams, and he also looks forward to the continued growth Hatlestad will drive at the Phoenix RTC.

Dunn, Griego, Hatlestad and their respective regional teams support aircraft operators with the following engine types: Honeywell TFE731, 36 APU and HTF7000, and Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A, JT15D, PW100, PW300 and PW500.
