Dallas Airmotive, a BBA Aviation Global Engine Services company, appointed Wellington Amorim as Manager of the Belo Horizonte Regional Turbine Center (RTC) in early 2018.
Amorim brings over 20 years of aircraft maintenance experience to the role. Prior to joining GES, Amorim spent five years leading support and services for Airbus Helicopters in Latin America. He also worked for 10 years as the maintenance manager for Lider Aviation, of which gave him extensive knowledge in leading a maintenance facility.

Dallas Airmotive’s RTC in Belo Horizonte, Brazil is certified by the Brazil and Argentina aviation authorities for engine repair and maintenance at the local shop as well as field service throughout the region. The Brazil RTC is the only independent engine service provider certified by Honeywell for TFE731 and HTF7000 engines and GTCP 36 APU repair and maintenance. The RTC is also OEM-approved for PT6A and JT15D repair and maintenance.
