Companies celebrate growth and success of global service network

DALLAS --
Dallas Airmotive and H+S Aviation, both BBA Aviation companies, announced today that they will be offering exclusive incentives for customers who sign up for qualifying engine overhauls at either Dallas Airmotive or H+S Aviation during EBACE 2016.

“We want to celebrate the continued growth and success of our global service network by providing special EBACE incentives to customers who sign up for engine MRO at the show,” said Mark Stubbs, BBA Aviation’s Global Engine Services’ Chief Commercial Officer. To find out what special incentives are available, he suggested that aircraft owners and operators visit the experts from Dallas Airmotive and H+S Aviation at the BBA Aviation booth #C051.

Stubbs explained that Dallas Airmotive and H+S Aviation have established an extensive global network that delivers considerable support to customers across the globe. “Together, our global network has the authorisations and the capabilities to service more than 80% of the turbine engines in operation today on fixed-wing business aircraft and 65% of rotorcraft,” he said. That global network features overhaul centres in Portsmouth (UK), Dallas (USA), and Abu Dhabi (UAE) and is further complimented by nine Regional Turbine Centres around the globe that perform line maintenance, minor repair work, and inspections.

To support their global customer base, the companies employ the industry’s largest field service organisation with technicians who are available for dispatch anywhere in the world. “Field service is an integral component of our business,” Stubbs declared. He also pointed out that the field service team completes 5,000 service events each year and that to support this impressive number, the field service organisation has grown to include more than 110 employees.
