Dallas Airmotive Introduces New Rotorcraft Sales Organization

Adds Industry veterans Henry Lisboa and Mike Iven to the team


ALEA -- Houston –
 Dallas Airmotive, a BBA Aviation company, announced today that it has realigned its rotorcraft sales organization to reflect the company’s renewed focus on turbine engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul for the global helicopter industry. Henry Lisboa, a helicopter industry veteran with over 25 years’ experience, and Dallas Airmotive’s current Territorial Director for Latin America, will lead the company’s rotorcraft sales team for the Americas.

“The rotorcraft industry is a dynamic environment and we are organizing our rotorcraft team to be in position to react to the growing opportunities in the market,” said Mark Stubbs, Dallas Airmotive’s Vice President of Sales. “Henry has a tremendous amount of experience in the rotorcraft market and established relationships with customers in the industry, which will be beneficial leading our rotorcraft sales team.”

Lisboa’s new role with Dallas Airmotive will be as Territorial Director, U.S. and Latin American Rotorcraft Programs. He explained that with the company’s recent efforts and additional authorizations, Dallas Airmotive is in position to be one of the world’s leading, independent engine service providers for the global rotorcraft market. “With the Pratt & Whitney Canada DOF award last year and the construction of our Rotorcraft Center of Excellence on DFW airport, we are creating the foundation for a world class rotorcraft MRO solution,” he explained. “I am excited to lead this team and bring Dallas Airmotive turbine engine MRO services to the rotorcraft market.”

Dallas Airmotive’s rotorcraft sales organization currently consists of a team of representatives covering the United States and Latin America. The company will continue to build the team to adapt to the demands of the global rotorcraft market.

Dallas Airmotive has also brought in industry veteran Mike Iven as the company’s new Rotorcraft Program Manager. He is responsible for driving the strategy of the program and leading the rotorcraft customer service and field teams. Iven has an enormous amount of experience in the rotorcraft industry. He is a Certified Flight Instructor, a Commercial Helicopter Pilot with 2000 flight hours, and he is an Airframe & Power plant mechanic with Inspection Authorization. “Mike is a great addition to our Rotorcraft team,” asserted Stubbs. “His extensive knowledge of the customers and products in the rotorcraft industry will help make sure that our service and support teams deliver top notch solutions to our global rotorcraft customers.”
