Singapore…February 10, 2014…
Dallas Airmotive, a BBA Aviation company, provides on-site 24-hour engine support for operators of Pratt & Whitney Canada (P&WC) powered aircraft in the Asia Pacific region. The company currently bases three highly experienced P&WC field service engineers in the region ready for dispatch throughout Asia Pacific with additional backup from North America and Europe.

“Asia Pacific boasts a significant number of Pratt & Whitney Canada powered aircraft for use in business, utility and regional airline applications,” commented Dallas Airmotive President Doug Meador. “We’ve been building our staff of field service engineers in the region since 2012 and operators have responded with an exponential growth in demand for our services. They know we have in-depth capabilities for on-site support backed by a full range of authorized repair and overhaul capabilities in our shops.”

Dallas Airmotive’s on-site field service offerings include Hot Section Inspection (HSI) and field repairs on PT6A and PW100 turboprop engines; 2,500 hour clutch inspection on PT6T TwinPac® turboshaft engines; and field support for PW300 and PW500 turbofan engines. Major repairs including overhauls can be performed in designated Dallas Airmotive facilities.

“Our business was built on providing superior service and we continue to re-define what that means for today’s customers. Positioning service engineers near key aviation activity hubs ensures rapid response times and enables customized maintenance solutions,” continued Meador.  “We’re delivering on our promise of “Right from the start. There when you need us.”

Dallas Airmotive is exhibiting during the Singapore Air Show at BBA Aviation, Stand D63.
